A Day Out In Chester

Today, I headed to Chester on the Bus from New Brighton to Birkenhead then on the X1 towards Chester. I have to say, the ride today was really nice and I am planning to use that bus more often if I go to Chester. I am also in the process of planning a big day out / trip to Stafford by Bus taking Stopping Buses from New Brighton, Chester, Crewe, Stoke on Trent and finishing in Stafford I think that would be a great adventure for me to go on. However my goal for today was simply to take some new Bus Photo's and document the bus scene around the Bus Station. Here's the first bus which was the one I rode on from Birkenhead on the X1 Service.

This bus is Registered YX67 VCV and has the fleet number off 10885 and can be seen here leaving Chester on a Service to Liverpool. There where plenty of buses out today along with also the Wright Puslar 2 with a Mask on the front to encourage those to wear masks because of the continuing spread of the Coran Virus. These masked buses where introduced in early 2020 to say where with you and we want to keep you safe and to keep others safe by wearing Masks on our Buses.

As I Was talking about the Masked Bus, Here it is, it is Registered CX12 DSZ 3143 and is seen leaving the Bus station on a service 15 to Saughal, These buses became very popular with the Bus Enthusiasts as they  are quite rare, only a handful of buses within Arriva's depot's across Cheshire & Merseyside had this Mask Vynl added to the front of a number of buses. How ever, there were a number of interesting buses that I saw in Chester today including a E400 MMC City. Which you can see below.

AS I start growing this Blog, My aim is also to delve into News, Interesting sittings & new service's Any videos or Vlog's I decide to produce will be published on Facebook & Instagram rather than on YouTube. I am also planning to share videos I film on my iPhone on my newly created TikTok Page, which will focus on Buses & Bus Travel rather than trains. So as I close on this blog, I really hope you will enjoy reading, or have enjoyed reading it. I am also going to be producing Blog post's about my adventures, taking more photo's rather than filming as I just don't feel I enjoy it anymore.

One final photo from today's outing is the ever Popular Optare Solo seen here picking people up on a service to Huntington 5, MX08 GJJ. I do hope that your enjoying these Blog post's as much as I am enjoying writing them. I am planning to upload one new Post per week, Maybe twice a week if am lucky. All new posts will be published on Tuesday' at 5pm so do make sure your following the Blog so your kept up to date with everything I am doing.
